The grapes underwent 72-hour long maceration. The character of the wine is shaped by the spontaneous fermentation, six-months of oak barrel aging period but most notably, its maturation on fine lees using the sur lie method. In the nose, the wine is fruity and spicy. Its taste is richly structured.
