Properties: Wine with an intense aroma of gooseberry, expressive nettle and rich box tree odor. These are the characteristics of Sauvignon from the loess soil in Suchý vrch ("Dry Hill") vineyard. Its fresh acidity and irrestitable juicy taste fulfill the characters of this variety.
Serving: We recommend to serve this wine colled to 12°C with crunchy asparagus.
Alcohol: 12,5 %
