| Properties: | The wine of golden yellow colour with a rich fruity-herbaceous bouquet reminiscent of citrus fruits, pineapple and white pepper. Its taste is full and smooth, with a long spicy-mineral finish. The unique character of the wine was achieved through spontaneous fermentation combined with four months of aging on fine lees in an oak barrel using the sur lie method. Green Veltliner 2024 is a BIO wine, vegan and low in histamine. |
