| Properties: | Strict technological procedures are carefully followed in the production of sacramental wine. The grapes were harvested under favourable weather conditions at a sugar content of 22.5 °NM. The wine is characterised by a fruity aroma and a well-balanced taste, with residual sugar in perfect harmony with firm acidity. The histamine content is below 0.25 mg/l. The wine meets all the requirements for the celebration of Holy Mass in accordance with the Code of Canon Law, Canon 924, § 3. |
