November holds a special place in our winery. It is the month when you can taste the first creations of this year’s harvest campaign – the new vintage in its youthful form. This is the time when young wines are born, full of freshness, energy, and joy.
At Karpatská Perla, we want to celebrate this moment and the arrival of young wines together with you. That’s why we invite you to our wine shop in Šenkvice from 19 to 21 November, where you’ll be able to taste the first young wines of the 2025 vintage.
We would also like to inform you that from November 2025 until April 2026, our wine shop will operate in an adjusted schedule – Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
So from 19 to 21 November, all you need to do is stop by during our opening hours and comfortably enjoy five young, fresh wines that will spark your wine curiosity.
Moravian Muscat 2025 – young wine, Suchý vrch vineyard
As every year, November at Karpatská Perla is marked by our Moravian Muscat from the Suchý vrch vineyard – our first young wine released for sale.
And what will charm you about it? It has a bright, pale yellow colour with greenish hues, an aroma full of fruity and spicy notes with the typical Muscat character. On the palate, you’ll find freshness, subtle spiciness, and a long finish.
This vegan wine has a low histamine content (below 0.25 mg/l) – clean and light. It is best enjoyed chilled to 11 °C, ideally with Asian cuisine, which beautifully highlights its aromatic profile.
PétNat Sauvignon Blanc 2025 – vineyard Suchý vrch
Our young PétNat made from Sauvignon Blanc is full of life. It was created naturally – unfiltered, without intervention, spontaneous. It captures the moment when the wine is still forming, when the energy of fermentation is still present in every sip.
The aroma is dominated by pure fruit and freshness; on the palate, you’ll find fine bubbles and vibrant acidity – a wine that truly pulses with youthful energy.
We recommend serving it well chilled at 6 °C with fresh Asian dishes – for example sushi, Thai or Vietnamese cuisine with herbs, or lightly fried seafood and vegetables.
Three young wines directly from our cellar
During these three November days, you will be able to taste not only our two current releases, but also three young wines drawn directly from the cellar – still in their cloudier, rawer form. Wines that are just beginning to take shape, yet already reveal the character of the new vintage:
