Dear friends, we warmly invite you to our first Barbecue of the year at Karpatská Perla.
It will take place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 3 PM to 10 PM in the courtyard of our winery, Karpatská Perla, in Šenkvice. You can look forward to an afternoon and evening full of delicious food, fine wine, music, and a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy with your family, children, or friends at our winery.
What’s waiting for you?
Our courtyard will be filled with the aroma of the grill. We will prepare specialties such as grilled cheese, burgers, venison goulash, and other treats. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy a selection of desserts and delicacies – pralines, mille-feuille, savory pastries, coffee, or grape ice cream.
Throughout the event, you can enjoy free tasting of twelve wines made from our organic grapes. For connoisseurs, we are also preparing three special limited samples: Chardonnay sparkling wine 2021, sweet raisin selection Aurelius 2019 from the Suchý vrch vineyard, and Riesling 2023 from the Suchý vrch vineyard, which matured for 12 months in a concrete egg.
Those who wish to dive even deeper into the world of wine can sign up at the winery reception for a guided tour of our tasting rooms, cellar, and archive, which will include a tasting of two archive wines. The tours will take place at 4 PM, 6 PM, and 8 PM.
Music and children’s program
A barbecue at Karpatská Perla wouldn’t be complete without music. For this first edition, we’ve invited the band Funny Fellows, who will play for you from 7 PM to 9 PM. For families with children, we are preparing a kids’ corner with climbing frames and slides, where little ones can play to their heart’s content. And of course, both young and old can look forward to an interesting exhibition of vineyard equipment displayed in front of the winery.
Special offer in the wine shop
Throughout the day, our wine shop will be open, where you can purchase the wines you taste during the barbecue or create various gift and wine packages of your choice. In addition, on the day of the barbecue, there will be a special 10% discount in our wine shop on the purchase of wines and grape juices.
Tickets and practical information
The ticket price for the barbecue is €23 including VAT. Children under 18 have free entry. The tasting glass and glass pouch require a refundable deposit of €5, payable in cash at the event. Tickets can be purchased via our e-shop or at the winery’s wine shop, which is open during the summer: TUESDAY–THURSDAY from 9 AM to 5 PM, FRIDAY from 9 AM to 9 PM, and SATURDAY from 3 PM to 9 PM.
